"Richard Oxenburgh died peacefully at the age of 87 on 27/09/2024.
He lived a long, complicated and brilliant life, travelling the globe and seeing more changes in the world than can be written in a paragraph.
Richard touched many lives and challenged people to think. He loved an argument, music and deep conversations.
He leaves behind his wife, Christine, his children, Dickon, Mindy, Daniel, Sophie and Charlotte, and seven grandchildren, Belle, Torres, Olivia, Eliza, Niamh, Phoebe and Rory.
